Our Story & Mission
jera9 is a safe, fast, and enjoyable online gaming destination built for players in Bangladesh — where trust and transparency always come first.
The jera9 Story
jera9 was built on a simple but firm belief — every player in Bangladesh deserves a platform where they feel safe, can transact quickly, and can focus fully on the games they love. That belief is where our journey began.
Our mission is to make gaming in Bangladesh easier, more transparent, and more enjoyable. Every member who joins jera9 is seen not just as a user, but as a valued partner. That is why every decision we make — from technology to customer support — is guided by what is best for our players.
We respect the reality that bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are woven into everyday life in Bangladesh. That is why deposits and withdrawals on jera9 are built entirely around these familiar methods. You can start with as little as ৳100, and withdrawals are processed within just 15 minutes to 2 hours. We want your money to always be within reach.
For the gaming experience, we work with the world's leading technology providers. By bringing together games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and many other familiar names, jera9 has created a complete gaming environment. Cricket betting, live casino, slots, dice games — all in one account.
Transparency is at the heart of our values. Bonus terms, withdrawal rules, VIP benefits — we state everything clearly, with no hidden conditions. The jera9 welcome bonus is 100% on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000, with a wagering requirement of just 10x — on the bonus amount only.
Responsible gaming is not merely a rule for us — it is part of our culture. We want every member to enjoy entertainment as entertainment, and to have our 24/7 support team by their side if they ever run into a problem.
