1Introduction & Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the jera9 platform and all of its services. By using the platform, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the jera9 platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
1.2 Right to Modify
jera9 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
1.3 Language and Interpretation
These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the interpretation of the jera9 authority shall be considered final.

2Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Restriction
The jera9 platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 or older only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account, depositing funds, or playing any games. If the age verification process confirms that a user is under 21, the account will be immediately closed and any funds may be confiscated.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual may operate one account only. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be suspended or closed.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. The account holder is fully responsible for all activities carried out from the account.
2.5 Verification Process
jera9 may request additional documents at any time to verify a user's identity. Failure to submit a national identity card or other government-issued document may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
3Deposits, Withdrawals & Transaction Policy
3.1 Approved Payment Methods
Funds may be deposited and withdrawn on jera9 through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). Transactions through any other method will not be accepted.
3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳100. No deposit below this amount will be accepted.
3.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount for any payment method is ৳1,000. Withdrawals below this amount cannot be processed.
3.4 Withdrawal Processing Time
Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Timing may vary depending on the volume of requests or verification requirements.
3.5 Withdrawal Conditions
The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made. The name on the account and the name on the payment account must match. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
3.6 Transaction Currency
All transactions on the jera9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not available. Exchange rates set by the bank may apply for bank transfers.
4Bonus & Promotional Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at jera9 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more applies the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳62,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳10,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and the bonus.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
Each bonus offer may be used once only. Placing bets with bonus funds on games other than those specified may result in the bonus being cancelled. If wagering is not completed within the set time limit after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be considered void.
4.4 Bonus on Multiple Accounts
If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits by opening multiple accounts under the same person, family, IP address, or device, all associated accounts and bonuses will be cancelled.
4.5 Right to Modify Offers
jera9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. The terms of ongoing offers may also change, and members will be notified on the platform in due course.
5Gaming & Play Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
jera9 believes in fair play. All games are operated by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are not predetermined and are not influenced by any external factor.
5.2 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to a disconnection or technical error, the game result will be determined based on the data saved in the system. In such cases, the decision of the jera9 authority is final.
5.3 Cheating and Fraud
Any form of cheating, use of bots, automated betting through software, and collusion are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and funds will be confiscated.
5.4 Game Changes
jera9 reserves the right to change or update its game portfolio or discontinue any game at any time. It is not possible to guarantee that any specific game will always be available.
6VIP Program & Cashback Policy
jera9's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier, depending on the member's gaming activity.
Bronze
Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
Silver
Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
Gold
Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
Platinum
Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Diamond
Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
6.1 VIP Tier Changes
A member can advance to a higher VIP tier through ongoing gaming activity. The criteria for determining VIP tiers are set by the jera9 authority and are subject to change. Cashback benefits are credited to eligible members' accounts at the start of each week.
7Prohibited Activities
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating an account using false or misleading information
- Accessing or using another person's account
- Selling, renting, or transferring an account
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
- Colluding with other users to cheat
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or flaws in the system
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members
- Depositing funds from illegal sources onto the platform
- Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods
7.2 Consequences of Violations
The account of any member involved in any of the prohibited activities described above will be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. Depending on the nature of the violation, all funds, bonuses, and winnings held in the account may be forfeited. If necessary, jera9 may report the matter to the relevant authorities.
8Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure at User's Request
Any member may request to close their account at any time. In this case, the opportunity to withdraw any eligible remaining funds will be provided, however any unused bonus will be considered void subject to wagering conditions.
8.2 Closure by jera9
jera9 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances: breach of Terms, suspicion of fraud, failure to provide verification documents, prolonged inactivity, or applicable legal requirements.
8.3 Responsible Gaming Break

8.4 Inactive Accounts
For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, jera9 may impose a maintenance fee or suspend the account. The applicable policy will be communicated to the member in advance.
9Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
9.1 Service Availability
The jera9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. jera9 does not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
9.2 Liability for Financial Loss
jera9 is not responsible for any financial losses arising from gaming activity. Gaming is an entertainment activity and carries financial risk — the member accepts this with full knowledge and understanding.
9.3 Third-Party Services
The jera9 platform uses third-party game providers and payment services. jera9 is not directly responsible for the actions or errors of these third parties.

10.1 Data Collection and Use

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between jera9 and the user. Any prior oral or written understanding is superseded by these Terms.
12.2 Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
12.3 Assignment of Rights
The user may not transfer any of their rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party. jera9 reserves the right to transfer its rights under this agreement to another party as needed.
